QUIXTAR CIRCUS

COME ONE COME ALL COME SEE THE GREATEST SCAM ON EARTH

I was at this little circus with my kids and I couldn't help my mind but to wander. As I was catching little acts here and there one particular skit got me thinking and laughing hysterically. This group of clowns came out from behind the curtain in a small car and they would stop at one section get out and do some crazy stuff then pile back in. Then go to another section and throw a bucket of what was suppose to be water but was just confetti. Then pile in again and continue on.

As I sat there I could have swore the clown driving the car was Mike Mohr and all the other clowns resembled Vanderven, Grider, Krause and lets not forget Bordelli (he was in a pink clown suit) and many more. At one point the one in pink would get out and just do circles almost like saying the same thing 10 times just to keep talking if it wasn't for the ring master putting as time limit on him he'd probably still be there listening to himself. Now I was cracking up at this point because all I saw were these clowns running from courtroom to arbitration back to courtrooms trying to throw stuff at The Team and talk in circles and pile back in the Q-car and off again making fools of themselves at every stop.

When there is an audience watching every move you make and you can't do your little circus act behind closed doors public opinion matters most. The more and mohr these clowns are out in the public eye the more of the people are leaving the big Q tent. It's funny to watch but I wouldn't pay to see that circus again. Enjoy the show the tent will fall soon!

HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF

There is an old quote "History repeats itself for those who don't know history". On another blog the ibo rebellion there is a great youtube clip with Steve VanAndel talking about a book his father gave him to read about the fall of Pan Am. Here are two other books his dad should have had him read listen to these paragraphs:

1) Promises To Keep
"While Van Andel and Devos were doing very well through the 1950's, however the condition of Nutrilite Products as a corporation was deteriorating. A long period of internal warfare in the home office in California left the company weakened in considerable disarray. Distributors like Devos and VanAndel were concerned about the lack of strong corporate leadership, and tried to intervene to help solve problems but nothing worked. It became more and more difficult for Nutrilite distributor to operate effectively, and the growth of their business slowed."

"The two partners finally decided the Nutrilites corporate problems were such that it could no longer be depended on to provide leadership. Their primary obligation, they felt, was to the groups of distributors whom they have brought into THEIR business. They had a commitment to these people, many of whom had left their jobs to build full time businesses, and sold them on a vision on a free and prosperous future. Those promises were not to be taken lightly, they had very little choice.

"So in early 1959 the two partners made a bold, carefully calculated gamble. They sat in the basement office of VanAndels home and officially organized a new company. They cut the tie with Nutrilite, began plans to develop their own product line, and personally pledged to their distributors that they would build and direct a new enterprise in which their business would always be secure."

"They called the new company Amway. From the beginning of that new company, VanAndel and DeVos were motivated by more than just the bottom line. They were determined to make Amway work for all those people who trusted and believed in them. They had promises to keep.

2) The Possible Dream
"In the summer of 1958, at a meeting of their leading distributor's in Charlevoix, Michigan, they made their announcement; We intend to develop our own product line. We will continue to sell Nutrilite products (they explained) but we can no longer depend solely on that company to supply our distributorships with marketable products. It is up to us to make our own way."

"With that explanation, the two partners gave the people there the opportunity to stay with them and the American Way Association or to remain entirely with Nutrilite. To a person, the leaders at Charlevoix chose to head into a new territory with DeVos and VanAndel."

"That was the cutting of the umbilical cord which tied the small group to Nutrilite exclusively. A few months later, in early 1959, Devos and VanAndel sat in the basement office of Jay's home in Ada, Michigan, and officially organized Amway Corp. It was a bold hopeful beginning, a gamble that they could make it alone, and go on to build an organization of size and permanence. With the beautiful blessings of hind sight, one can easily see that it would be a start of something big. At the time, one couldn't be so sure."

Hindsight is in history. You could super impose names like Orrin and Chris, and round table or policy counsel, and Team or Grand Blanc, Michigan or Nutilite and come up with the humble beginnings of what will forever be TEAM.

TRUTH ABOUT THE DIRECT SELLERS ASSOCIATION

In a response back from the DSA it seems there were many many letters and e-mails sent to this organization complaining and asking to look into the Alticor/Amway/Quixstar corporation. It seems most of the letters were directing the DSA to the fact that Quixstar/Amway is an "Internal Consumption"(In the words of Doug DeVos) company and only selling 3.4% of products outside the network. In other words buying over priced products to get a bonus and recruiting others to do the same. The letters were written to the Code of Ethics committee informing them of violations by the company. However, in looking further into this organization it seems a moot point in asking for help from the DSA (an organization sworn to look out for people in the industry). It looks like they just want to protect the companies that fund the organization such as Amway. Furthermore, the immediate past chairman of the DSA and current chairman of WFDSA are none other than you probably guessed it Doug and Dick Devos. Go Figure! More to come on this.

WHEN THE TRUTH COMES OUT

As the legal walls try to get built higher and higher they still are no match for the truth. As the Q tries to to keep everything in their arena and as time marches on more and more people are sitting on witness stands and arbitration meetings letting the world know the TRUTH. All these rules of conduct and self arbitration that Q put in place to keep their "Property, Cattle or Proprietary Information" or what ever else they want to call us from hearing or spreading the TRUTH. When there are as many people as there were in Kentucky seeking truth it will be found. Now from my vantage point it looks like all this court stuff and lawsuits could have been avoided if there was an ounce of Leadership at Quixstar. However it is being run by a bunch of "MOHRONS" who, if they had any sense would put a stop to this and save what ever Amway/Quixstar business they have left. Now there are alot of other Ibo's or Abo's or whatever you call them now that are seeking the same truth the people in Kentucky were and when they find it the walls will come tumbling down.

Keep this post in site as some more TRUTH about the DSA (Direct Sellers Association) comes out. It seems there are more facts about this organization than meets the eye. Doing some research but it seems that of all the mlm organizations that the DSA represents the only one that has never been audited by this organization is of course Amway. The TRUTH will come out.
